You will receive your shipment, via ground courier, in no more than 7 business days from the day your order is received. Overnight and 2-day air delivery is available upon request. Customers are charged for shipping at our cost. During summer months when heat is an issue we can hold orders until weather permits. Shipping is at the customers discretion and takes full responsibility if wine is compromised due to heat exposure due to summer weather.



LEGAL AGE By submitting an order to Wine on the Way LLC, you are also submitting that you are 21 years of age and legally able to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Wines may be delivered to persons of 21 years of age or older only. You will be asked to provide positive ID by the shipper or carrier. Wine on the Way is not responsible for the return of shipments due to lack of positive ID, and return shipping charges are your responsibility. Wine on the Way makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of Florida.
